As my due date quickly approaches, I have been brainstorming ways to do something special for the daddy to be. What better way to show dad appreciation (with a touch of humor***) than with a “New Daddy Survival Kit?” Gift baskets are perfect for any occasion. There’s no better way to say I love you than with a thoughtful/themed gift that incorporates all of your loved ones favorite things. In this kit I decided to throw in a few of dads favorite things, snacks to get him through our hospital stay, some baby humor, and a reminder to compliment mom hehe!

Dad’s Favorite Things:
1. Holiday edition bottle of Jack Daniels – labeled “Daddy’s Juice” with emblem glass.
-Diet coke
-Pedialyte (Trey introduced me to this gem)
2. Santa Claus the movie. Funny side note – Trey just asked if we could stop by Walmart on the way to dinner to grab this movie right as I am secretively writing this post. God I’m good hehe!!!
Baby Humor:
1. Face mask
2. Ear plugs
3. Gloves
4. Hand sanitizer (practical because this WILL be used)
5. 300 count bottle of ibuprofen (another practical addition)
6. Baby bottle – labeled “Grey’s Juice”
7. “Wild About Mommy” onesie with a note reminding dad to tell mom he’s wild about her too 😉
SNACKS!:
1. Honey roasted cashews
2. Snickers
3. Baked chips (not shown here)
4. Beef Jerky (not shown here)
